What is DBT?
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is an evidence-based treatment that combines acceptance and change strategies. It focuses on building practical skills and taking empowering action in everyday life.
In this Group Participants will :
Explore the impact of conflict and communication challenges in their relationship.
Learn DBT skills including mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, crisis survival and interpersonal effectiveness.
Gain practical tools for applying these skills while working through barriers to effective use.
Strengthen their relationship in a supportive environment while connecting with other couples who can relate.
