Cognitive Processing Therapy Group
Is your life impacted by trauma? Do you find yourself with trauma-informed beliefs that impact your relationships with others, yourself and the world? In this group, participants will complete an evidence-based, manualized treatment to learn about trauma, explore trauma’s impact on individual beliefs and work to challenge them.
This 13-week course is designed to help participants find healing from trauma through challenging trauma informed beliefs that keep them stuck.
The group is facilitated by Alex Zipkis LMHC, a trauma- informed licensed therapist.
⚡️Thursdays, 6:30pm - 7:30pm
⚡️Beginning May 16th, 13 sessions total
⚡️Location: 190 N. 10th Street, Brooklyn NY
⚡️In-network with Oscar Health, Cigna, Oxford, United Healthcare, Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield of NY, and Aetna
⚡️Out-of-Network Cost: $150/weekly session
